Quick Tune/Race Tune

$55

  • Check wheel True in frame. Remove to true if necessary.
  • Check tire condition and air to proper pressure.
  • Check hub adjustment in frame. Adjust as necessary.
  • Check Rear Derailleur Adjustment. H/L limit, B Screw, mounting bolt, clamp
    bolt, hanger alignment.
  • Check Front Derailleur Adjustment: H/L limit, height, rotation, clamp bolts.
  • Adjust front and rear brakes: Rotor true, pad life, pad alignment, cable health,
    caliper alignment.
  • Check headset adjustment and clamp bolts.
  • Check torque on face plate bolts.
  • Check torque/tightness on any accessories (aerobars, reflectors, etc.
  • Check BB bearings without crank removal.
  • Lubricate chain.
  • Test ride.

Standard Tune-Up

$85

  • Remove wheels from bike.
  • Check wheel true in truing stand. Wipe down wheels.
  • Use wheel stone on braking surface if needed.
  • Check condition of tires and air to pressure.
  • Check for proper hub adjustment.
  • Remove crankset.
  • Wipe down frame and fork while wheels and crank are removed inspecting
    from any damage.
  • Check BB health. Tighten.
  • Install Crank. Check chainring bolts.
  • Check Pedal torque. Check for pedal play. Service bearings/grease as
    needed. Lube pedals.
  • Install wheels in frame. Make sure they are properly seated in the frame.
    Remove bike from stand to do this.
  • Check Rear Derailleur Adjustment. H/L limit, B Screw, mounting bolt, clamp
    bolt, hanger alignment.
  • Check Front Derailleur Adjustment: H/L limit, height, rotation, clamp bolts.
  • Adjust front and rear brakes: Rotor true, pad life, pad alignment, cable health,
    caliper alignment.
  • Check headset adjustment and clamp bolts.
  • Check torque on face plate bolts.
  • Lubricate chain, all moving pivots of derailleurs/brakes and cables if
    necessary.
  • Test ride.

Bicycle Assembly Package 

$85 ($150 Trike)*

  • Remove Bike and all materials from box.
  • Install seatpost in frame with grease for alloy frames or carbon paste for carbon
    frames.
  • Put bike in workstand and remove all packing material.
  • Check bike for damage.
  • Install handlebars using grease on all stem bolts. If quill stem, grease the inside of
    the steer tube.
  • Tighten stem face plate and clamp bolts to recommended torque.
  • Check true on both wheels. Air tires to proper pressure. Install wheels making sure
    to completely seat the wheel in the frame. 
  • Install front brake. Adjust both brakes:
    o Rim Brakes: check pad rotation/height/toe.
    o Disc Brakes: center caliper. Mechanical adjust inner pad to next to rotor.
    o Set reach on brake levers to be the same.
    o Stretch all mechanical brake cables.
    o Cut mechanical disc brake cables to not interfere with rotor.
  • Check torque on crankset.
  • Grease pedal threads and install pedals with pedal washer.
  • Stretch shift cables.
  • Check Der hanger to make sure it is not bent.
  • Adjust Derailleurs checking H/L limit screws, B screw, height, rotation, clamp bolt
    torque.
  • Remove from workstand and make sure handlebars are rotated properly, stem is
    straight, saddle is straight and level.
  • Test Ride bike checking braking and shifting. Burn in disc brakes.
