The BKD-1.2 Hydraulic Brake Bleed Kit will bleed most models of DOT fluid-based hydraulic disc brakes, including models made by SRAM®, Formula®, Hayes®, and Hope®. Bleeding of hydraulic brakes removes air bubbles and contaminants from the braking system, for long-lasting components and peak performance. The BKD-1.2 is built for the rigors of daily commercial use and includes two syringes, hoses with shutoff clips, multi-size bleed blocks, and a set of our unique mountable syringe holders, as well as multiple hose fittings to fit the multiple standards found on hydraulic bicycle brake systems. Every part is replaceable and available from Park Tool. Housed in a rugged storage case. The Rocket Plug Kit also features an 'Extra Hand' tool under the smaller cap. EXTRA HAND The Extra Hand (because who couldn't use an extra hand every once and a while) stopper can be pushed into the puncture to temporarily stop any loss of air while a rider determines how many tire plugs are needed and prepares to seal it. The Extra Hand can also be used as a reamer to create a more uniform hole for the tire plugs to seal. COMPACT AND LIGHT The TCS Rocket Tire Plug Kit is CNC’d from 6061 aluminum alloy with an integrated extra hand tool and plunger. It also has internal storage for four anchors (two large and two small included), and fifteen 1.5mm diameter tire plugs. Ready to Launch Rocket anchors can be preloaded with 1-4 tire plugs depending on the terrain and size of punctures riders typically encounter. Preloaded Rocket anchors are then placed on the plunger, ready to launch the moment a puncture occurs. The clock is ticking!
